What will you have to do? Learn about the company vision and mission Ensure a great customer experience by conducting an in-depth sales analysis Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business objectives. Analyze and report on market trends, client demands, and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with internal teams (Design Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing, Accounting) to create value propositions, develop proposals, and manage projects through successful delivery. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations Engage with potential clients via in-person events, calls, emails, and social media outreach, and follow up with leads and close deals using persuasive sales techniques. Lead and facilitate client service issues through to the point of resolution Participate in projects and presentations Conduct other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

What’s required to get started? Proficient in : Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, English No formal education required, as long as you can sell Hustle mindset to work beyond defined accountabilities Someone with a Never Give Up attitude and Outside-the-box thinker Courage to speak the truth in the most difficult times Attention to detail and value feedback
