SAP HCM Payroll Architect with Implementation and Support Experience.

- Primary Payroll Exp : Middle East
- Should have 6-8 years of SAP HCM experience, including systems / applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project management, implementation and support of the SAP Enterprise systems.
- Certified in ECP. Expert knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Project Implementation
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central
- At least two EC Payroll implementation experience and 4 years of SAP Payroll on various projects
- Minimum of 3 SAP CANADA payroll Implementations along with 4+ Rollouts and 5+ AMS Projects.
- Good Working experience in PTP, BIB , and troubleshooting replication issues from EC To ECP
- Good understanding of ECP and EC terminology
- Good understanding of posting payroll results from ECP To ECC FI or S / 4 HANA
- Ability to conduct client facing payroll workshops
- Working experience in middle east project and expert in ME localizations
- Experience with Payroll incident troubleshooting and management
- Ability to effectively communicate in order to efficiently triage the issue resolution.
- Working knowledge of Payroll Control Center operations of Payroll Administrator
- Experience with Ad Hoc or Off Cycle Pay Processing
- Experience on payroll integration topics with HRIS , Time, Benefits and Finance
- Ability to identify and suggest the improvements in existing processing work instructions
- Prepare test plans and scripts and perform unit, integration, and regression testing. Coordinate and drive end-user testing
