SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

SAP SuccessFactors (Certified Modules) :

• Configure and support Recruiting, Learning, Performance, and Goals modules.
• Utilize provisioning access to manage system-level configurations and updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SF solutions.
• Perform testing, documentation, and training for end-users.
• Ensure system integrity, upgrades, and seamless module Benefits Consultant :
• Configure and manage health plans, insurance, and 401(k) benefits within SAP HCM.
• Integrate benefits setup with payroll systems to ensure accurate deductions and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams for end-to-end benefits lifecycle support.
• Resolve issues related to enrollment, eligibility, and payroll :
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, and Goals).
• Proven experience with provisioning access and configuration tasks.
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP HCM Benefits, including health, insurance, and 401(k) setup.
• Experience in integrating benefits with payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting Qualifications :
• Experience with SAP SF Employee Central or other modules.
• Exposure to benefits administration in the US or global regions.
• Experience in working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
