In This Role, You Will :

• Provide administrative support and manage documentation, wiki, project compliance, and follow up on action items
• Support system maintenance, access management, and minor troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth operations and communication with project updates and support activities like UAT of launching programs in Gainsight
• Assist in documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and team members to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes
• Monitor project progress, track risks, and report on key metrics
• Support the upkeep and tracking of the teams Management by Objectives (MBOs) to align with organizational goals
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain reports, track project metrics, and analyze data for decision-making
• Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
• Ensure compliance with team policies and project management best practices
