What are we looking for?

Expanding our family with an experienced Project Coordinator to lead cross-functional slot game development projects from concept to market. You’ll be responsible for aligning creative, technical, and business teams across global studios to deliver high-quality land-based and online slot games, on time and within scope. The ideal candidate understands slot game development cycles, has a strong grip on agile / waterfall methodologies, and thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.

What will you do? - Own the end-to-end delivery of slot game projects (concept, development, certification, launch). - Develop and maintain detailed production plans, timelines, and resource allocations. - Coordinate across departments : game designers, artists, animators, engineers, QA, compliance, and external vendors. - Track progress using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello. - Identify risks and proactively resolve blockers to keep development on schedule. - Organize and lead daily standups, sprint planning, and milestone reviews. - Communicate project status and KPIs to leadership and stakeholders. - Ensure product compliance with GLI / BMM certifications, legal, and jurisdictional requirements. - Facilitate efficient collaboration with the company’s Spain-based studio and other international partners.

What do you need? - 7+ years of project management experience in game development, preferably slot or casino games. - Experience with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. - Familiarity with game dev tools : Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc. - Bonus if familiar with game engines like Unity, Cocos, Unreal, or proprietary slot platforms. - Strong knowledge of slot game development pipelines – art, code, math, QA, release. - Outstanding communication and leadership skills. - Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Comfortable working in cross-cultural, remote-first teams. - Knowledge of regulatory and certification processes (GLI, BMM, etc.) is a plus. - Passion for slot games and an understanding of game design concepts and player psychology. - Bachelor’s degree in project management, Game Development, Engineering, or related field.
