Key Responsibilities :

Provide support for Outlook, Office365, and Windows desktops ✨Deep Understanding of OST, PST, ITIL ✨Perform hardware and basic network troubleshooting ✨Manage Tickets, SLAs, incident resolution, and service requests ✨Deliver remote and on-site technical support ✨Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations ✨Handle desktop patching, updates, domain joins, and group policy implementations

Requirements :

1.6+ years of experience in IT support roles ⭐Experience with ticketing tools ⭐Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills ⭐Minimum

15 years of regular education
