CRM System Management :
- Maintain and administer the CRM system (e. , Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and system integrity by performing routine audits and clean-ups.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and automations within the CRM.
- Customer Segmentation & Insights : Segment customer databases based on behavior, purchase history, demographics, and engagement levels.
- Create and manage customer journeys, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stages.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as engagement rates, churn, conversion rates, and retention.
- Campaign & Communication Management : Design and execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns through CRM tools or integrated platforms.
- Personalize communication strategies based on customer preferences and segmentation.
- Monitor and report campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to align CRM activities with business goals.
- Support lead management workflows including lead capture, qualification, nurturing, and conversion.
- Provide CRM training and support to internal teams.
- Process Automation & Optimization : Automate routine customer engagement tasks using workflows, triggers, and sequences.
- Identify and implement improvements in customer onboarding, support ticketing, and feedback collection processes.
- Ensure timely updates of CRM records based on sales or service touchpoints.
Compliance & Data Security :
Ensure CRM practices comply with data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or local data regulations.Manage opt-in / opt-out preferences and consent management frameworks.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency :
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Freshsales, or Microsoft Dynamics.Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc. ) and automation platforms.Strong in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.Knowledge of HTML / CSS (for email template editing) is a plus.Soft Skills :
