Senior Zoho CRM Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho CRM Specialist to join our sales operations team at Freightos. You will be responsible for optimizing and managing our Zoho CRM system to ensure seamless sales processes, data tracking, and efficient prospect, lead, and deal management. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with sales, account management,marketing, and customer success teams to refine workflows and deliver technical solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Zoho CRM Management : Oversee the entire Zoho CRM system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized to meet business needs.
• Sales Process Optimization : Work closely with the sales team to design and implement workflows that enhance the efficiency of sales activities, from lead management to deal closure.
• Custom Development : Leverage your coding expertise to create custom solutions within Zoho CRM, including workflows, automation, scripts, custom modules, and structured processes with Blueprint, as needed.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed and up-to-date on the full suite of Zoho products, evaluating their potential relevance and value for the company. This includes identifying tools that could enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Data Management & Reporting : Ensure accurate data tracking and management within the CRM, creating detailed reports and dashboards for monitoring sales performance.
• Lead & Deal Management : Build out systems to track and manage leads, prospects, and deals, ensuring that the sales pipeline is well-maintained and visible to relevant stakeholders.
• Training & Support : Provide ongoing support and training to the sales and operations teams on Zoho CRM usage and best practices.
• Integration : Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Zoho CRM with other business tools (e.g., marketing automation, customer support systems, backend systems, Netsuite, HUBSpot, etc.).
