JOB DESCRIPTION :

Manitou Equipment India in Greater Noida, UP, India is having an opening for Machine integration engineer of current products for solving customer concerns , line concerns and sign-off of value engineering components for mobile elevating work platform in Engineering division .

Specific responsibilities :

• Understanding of AWP electrical Architecture / Circuit diagrams and its integration with Machine components.
• Good Knowledge of CAN Communications and integration with software.
• DTC Codes creation understandings and problem diagnostic capabilities
• Problem diagnostics in machines related to electro hydraulic operations.
• Capturing of Can log traces for the failed test cases and analysis with respect to software logics .
• Good knowledge of telematics , ECU software logics and their integration with machine architecture .
• Discussion with supplier for finalising the rig test requirements and testing sign-off criterion.
• Should be well versed with sign-off criteria for the electrical components with machine level validation .
• Hands on experience on test equipment like can data logger , Pico scope , osciloscope & PAT test etc.
• Exposure on machine VnV , safety testing and EMI / EMC testing
• Should have a valid IPAF training certificate on AWP machines.

Educational & Experience & Other Qualification :

B.Tech ( Mechanical / Mechatronics / E&E Engineer ) , Experience : 5-7 years

This position is important to focus on CSE Issues , Value engineering initiatives and problem diagnostic in software and electrical components on current products to increase the profitability and customer centric approach.
