As we expand our operations, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager - Sales to lead our business development efforts, grow our client base, and contribute to our global logistics success.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive B2B sales with a focus on acquiring mid to large-sized clients in freight forwarding and logistics.
Conduct market research and identify strategic business opportunities.
Lead the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and closing deals.
Collaborate with operations and management teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Mentor and support junior sales team members.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL industries.

Excellent communication skills in English and / or Hindi.

Strong consultative selling, cold calling, and objection handling skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
