Data Analyst - Python / Power BI

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI to join our analytics team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data pipeline development, ETL processes, and financial services data. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights and visualizations that support business decision-making within the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute, complete, debug, and enhance ETL workflows using SQL, Python, SAS (Enterprise Guide & SAS Management Console), and other tools such as Excel and Office 365.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to process and transform raw data into usable formats, handling various data types and addressing missing or inconsistent data.
• Develop insightful and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI aligned with business requirements and KPIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting needs, interpret data, and deliver clear and actionable insights.
• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy in all analyses and reporting.
• Document data processes, data flows, and visualization methodologies for transparency and reusability.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and provide timely analytical support to cross-functional teams.
