Job Description :

We are seeking two highly skilled Oracle ERP Technical Lead Consultants to join our team. Ideal candidates should have 8 -10 years of extensive experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions for our clients. Your expertise will drive successful project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical sponsors, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide leadership in technical design, development, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and gap analyses to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices in solution architecture.
• Leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, and SaaS applications to enhance solution efficiency.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion and Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Focus on customer SaaS / PaaS adoption and scope management.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges during implementation and support.

Certifications : Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Integration Cloud Service, etc.)

Industry Experience : Exposure to specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing, Supply Chain) is an added advantage.
