US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

• Source qualified IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), , and internal databases.
• Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and screen candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates on communication skills, experience, availability, and rate / salary expectations.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients or account managers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and track feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent across technologies.
• Maintain candidate records and activity updates using ATS / CRM tools.
• Develop an understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• Maintain compliance with client requirements and US labor regulations.
