Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate's Need to Call the US Job Seeker's and need to approach them with a suitable Job Option and need to align them for the Further Round's
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Prior experience working with direct clients on W2 basis for the Contract, Contract to Hire & Direct Hire positions is desired.
• Must be proficient in using recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools like Dice.com, Monster.com, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.
• Need to be technically very strong.
• Experience with different US Tax terms is required.
• Should have excellent and strong searching skills and writing strings.
• Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining building the candidate database.
• Strong understanding experience of technical requirements.
