About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer / Inside Sales Executive to join our sales and outreach team. You will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our robotics and automation training products, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. This is a voice-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and can convert interest into action.
Qualifications :
- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.); technical background preferred but not mandatory
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, EdTech, or call center sales
- Strong command of Hindi and English
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and industrial leadsPitch EduRobotics solutions like robotics kits, training programs, and lab setupsShare digital brochures, schedule follow-ups, and arrange product demosMaintain lead database and call records in CRMCoordinate with business development managers to close qualified leadsFollow up consistently to drive conversions and maintain relationshipsRequired Skills :
Excellent communication and soft skills (clear speech, positive tone)Basic understanding of technical training or educational services is a plusAbility to handle objections and rejections professionallyFamiliarity with tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, CRM (Zoho / HubSpot)Self-motivated, organized, and persistentTarget Audience You Will Call :
