Overview :
A Workday Integration Developer / Consultant is a skilled professional responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations that meet the specific needs of the organization. This role requires a clear understanding of Workday's integration capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. The Workday Integration Developer / Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of Workday with other systems, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Workday Integration Developer / Consultant with proven expertise in Workday integrations, configuration, and system optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Strong background in API development, data architecture, and Workday reporting tools (BIRT, Calculated Fields, Report Writer).
- Experience with Workday security frameworks, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and data governance.
- Workday Integrations Certified is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Collaborative workshop facilitator and consensus builder.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
- Proactive in knowledge transfer and maintaining technical documentation, including integration specifications, data mapping, and process flows.
