Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
o Identify and forge new alliances with NBFCs, fintech’s, aggregators, and other institutions to enhance business opportunities across products like Supply Chain Finance, Equipment Finance, and Commercial Vehicle Finance.
o Explore co-lending partnerships and joint initiatives to drive strategic value.
o Lead end-to-end negotiations, MoU / contract closures, and system integration efforts by collaborating with internal teams such as credit, legal, tech, compliance, and risk.
o Design and implement common policy frameworks and operational processes for co-lending programs.
o Create and manage SOPs for new initiatives such as lead flow, incorporating performance metrics, pricing strategies, and adherence to digital lending guidelines.
o Drive innovation by contributing to the development of the company’s digital loan journey, enabling end-to-end digital sourcing and servicing.
o Monitor partnership outcomes, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
oOptimize processes to maximize partner engagement and revenue impact.
o Create campaigns, internal and external performance tracking, R&R, Quarterly and yearly incentive, Awards, and Contests.
