The ideal candidate is : - MBA-qualified - A strategic leader who has built and scaled products from scratch - Experienced in managing teams of Product Managers - Backed by 12+ years in product leadership, preferably in logistics tech - Well-versed in app-based ecosystems and operational efficiency - CTC : ₹80+ LPA
Requirements
1. 12 to 20 years of overall experience 2. Managed a large team 3. Exposure to retail sales / channel sales more than project sales in the building materials domain 4. Passion to drive and achieve the sales targets 5. Excellent communication skills
