Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our dynamic design team at Archstory. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in architectural and interior drawings, be well-versed with design software, and have the ability to convert design concepts into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings based on design concepts and client requirements.

Create 2D plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings for construction and execution.

Interpret and convert sketches, site measurements, and specifications into accurate CAD drawings.

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and technical compliance.

Ensure drawing quality, precision, and adherence to building codes and standards .

Perform site visits if required, to understand dimensions and execution challenges.

Maintain organized records of drawing versions and revisions.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Draughtsman in architecture / interiors.

Proficient in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing .

Ability to read and prepare BOQ and technical drawings independently.

Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects .

Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

Preferred Qualification :

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.

Experience working with residential, commercial, or retail interior projects .
