The opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with experience in Java & .NET to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Developer with Team Lead Experiance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of Desktop / Web applications, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.

How you’ll make an impact

• Should possess expert / strong coding skill in JAVA and .Net experience.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Team Leader and great attitude
• Ensure efficient data handling and storage using relational and non-relational databases (Oracle,Mysql)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Apply best practices for software development and maintain coding standard, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Work closely with Testers, devops, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
