Technical Writer - API Documentation

Position summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to develop clear and concise manuals, user guides, API documentation, and online help content.

Key Responsibilities :

Documentation Development :

• Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly language.
• Develop content for software products, hardware systems, processes, and :
• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Participate in product planning and review meetings to stay informed about upcoming changes and new features.
