About the team :

Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences were best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world. This role involves contribution and support towards organization wide initiatives and helping streamlines the processes, while bringing out efficiencies.

What youll own

• Work with engineering teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for engineering audience
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Create and maintain the information architecture
• Develops, edits, and maintains high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, system architecture diagrams, and release notes.
• Works with various stakeholders including Engineers, SMEs and Product team to prepare concise technical process and procedural documents.
• Conducts research on industry trends and best practices to improve documentation quality and user experience.
• Drafts, maintains, and edits content for release notes and release publications, and backlog.
• Balances multiple deliverables across various product areas at the same time.
• Learns and tests product functionality while writing documentation.
