Role Overview
As a
Business Development Executive , you’ll be responsible for generating qualified business leads, engaging prospective clients, and supporting our sales pipeline through strategic outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and engage new business leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Set up appointments and meetings for the senior sales team. Research target companies, understand their needs, and pitch relevant solutions. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information. Assist in crafting tailored presentations and proposals for clients. Coordinate with internal teams to align business goals and customer requirements. Track lead conversion metrics and optimize outreach strategies. Attend team huddles, brainstorm new tactics, and share performance insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Skills : Strong verbal and written communication. Effective presentation and negotiation ability. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Good organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Experience :
Previous sales or business development experience is a plus but not mandatory. Location :
Must be currently based in
Mumbai .
