We're Hiring : Business Development Executive – Mumbai

Location : Mumbai

Workplace : Office + Field

Type : Full-Time

AirDoot – India’s fast-growing tech-enabled platform for AC & Refrigeration services – is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive our growth in Mumbai. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy meeting people, and want to be part of a growing startup, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Generate new AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and OTS (One-Time Service) business from residential and commercial customers.

Identify and connect with potential clients such as businesses, societies, offices, and individual homeowners.

Conduct field visits, meetings, and product / service demonstrations.

Promote AirDoot’s value-driven, tech-enabled service platform.

Achieve monthly sales targets and report to the Sales Manager.

Coordinate with operations for smooth customer onboarding and job fulfillment.

Who You Are :

Experience in field sales, business development, or service industry (preferred HVAC, appliances, facility services).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with on-ground prospecting and meeting daily targets.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel locally.
