Roles and Responsibilities :

This position is SAP BTP Finance SME for SAP BTP applications, specifically for the finance cloud applications, like Intercompany cloud, Global Journal Entry System, Global Approval Flow Engine, Vistex (Finance part).

The position is primarily responsible for managing operations, maintenance and support, ensuring compliance and sarbox requirements are kept.

The Key objectives for the position are related to the areas described below.

Support & Maintenance :

• Incident and problem management and reporting on regular basis.
• Change co-ordination, execution including Testing.
• Use ServiceNow for tracking incidents and problems.
• Trend analysis of the incidents / problems and identify permanent solution.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements

Technical Skill :

Implementation of Sarbox controls Compliance with Sarbox requirements :

Mandatory Skills : SAP FI and BTP knowledge, ITIL processes - Incident, change, release management.
