We're hiring!

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team at a fast-growing, globally recognized product company that’s shaping the future of embedded, desktop, and mobile development platforms.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving long-term strategic value, and leading consultative sales efforts in a highly innovative environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to promote product adoption
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through focused account management

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of sales / account management experience in IT / software / tech
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • Exposure to embedded or enterprise software (a plus)
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • You’ll be working closely with leading automotive, medical, and industrial clients while being part of a culture that encourages growth, innovation, and work-life balance.

    Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
