Role Overview

This is a field-based role that requires a seasoned professional with experience in scaling outpatient services , managing diagnostic / pharmacy growth , conducting health camps , and securing corporate tie-ups for executive health check programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of referral partners : clinics, local GPs, diagnostic labs, pharmacies, and wellness coaches.
• Drive awareness and generate walk-ins by promoting Stepcare’s services in residential societies, schools, gyms, and local businesses .
• Establish corporate tie-ups for employee wellness and executive health check programs.
• Organize and execute medical and diagnostic camps in communities and companies.
• Share insights on local competition, patient behaviour , and referral patterns.
• Provide weekly reports on field activity, performance vs. targets, and follow-ups.
