As our Senior Principal for Integrated Operations, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Group Lead Team to manage and deliver complex executive programs and projects that will deliver organisational outcomes and benefits.
Reporting to the Head of Integrated Operations while working closely with the Operations Delivery team you will have the rare opportunity to see your hard work unfold contributing to the bigger picture within Operations Group. This role will be instrumental in delivering the Operations Strategy roadmap.
What your next opportunity will entail
As a Senior Principal your proactive and consultative approach will help you to successfully lead, manage and deliver complex programs and projects for the group taking into consideration customer needs, business objectives and the changing environment in which we operate, to ensure efficiency.
You will lead interactions with senior stakeholders, SMEs and Executives in programs and projects to identify customer needs, coordinate and integrate the priorities and resource the preferred solutions.
You will use your outstanding communication skills to communicate insights and findings in a clear and compelling way, with language that connects with all audiences, captures commitment, and enables clear decisions and actions.
Key skills and experience
You are a pragmatic and empathetic problem-solver who will be able to understand and consider stakeholder needs, and you have demonstrated leadership experience in management or supervisory positions.
An exceptional communicator and negotiator, you strive to deliver balanced outcomes and ensure that all stakeholders feel heard, respected, and are represented in discussions and have demonstrated capability to develop and grow relationships with industry leaders and external stakeholders.
You are confident distilling complex information and adapting messages to different audiences, and are comfortable presenting information in a clear and compelling way to provide insightful analysis and thinking to the most senior level.
You can interpret and understand legislation and regulatory instruments and explain their interaction and intent to operational and planning internal customers.
Understanding of water-related infrastructure assets, schemes and systems would be advantageous in this role but are not essential.
