In this role, you will :
Keep the Deputy CEO one step ahead with expert calendar and schedule management.
Craft polished communications and be a trusted first point of contact.
Lead the preparation of agendas, minutes, and briefing papers for key meetings.
Build strong relationships and represent the organisation with professionalism.
Contribute to reports and papers presented to the Board and key committees.
This is a permanent, full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) based in Cannington, with occasional travel.

Selection Criteria
Qualification in Business or equivalent real-world experience
Solid track record supporting Executive Leadership Teams
Exceptional organisational ninja skills to juggle priorities like a pro
Strong writing, editing, and document management know-how
Excellent communication that connects and inspires
Skilled at building and nurturing great relationships with stakeholders
Comfortable flying solo or rocking it as part of a team
Unrestricted drivers’ licence
Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
Willingness to obtain a Department of Justice integrity clearance
