Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and other related areas. You will play a key role in ensuring that SuccessFactors is fully aligned with business needs, helping organizations optimize their HR processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC) , Recruiting , Performance & Goals , Learning , Compensation , and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP S / 4HANA).
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements, ensuring the system is optimized for performance and usability.
- Provide technical leadership and support for the deployment of SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth go-live and post-go-live support.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the configured solution works as intended.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring systems are always aligned with business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and best practices, and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
- Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support, ensuring the successful adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Assist in project management tasks, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and working with client teams to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
5 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support.Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central , Recruiting , Performance & Goals , Learning , and Compensation .Proven experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP HCM, SAP S / 4HANA) and third-party systems.In-depth knowledge of HR processes, particularly in areas such as talent management, employee development, and compensation management.Strong understanding of SuccessFactors configuration , including business rules, workflows, and reporting.Ability to customize and optimize SuccessFactors to align with specific business needs and challenges.Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics tools, including Ad Hoc Reporting and People Analytics .Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for enhancing user experiences in SuccessFactors.Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors) is highly preferred.Preferred Experience :
Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA and its integration with SuccessFactors.Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Fiori applications.Knowledge of Agile methodologies in SAP project delivery.Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and manage client expectations.Familiarity with global HR practices and working in an international environment.Why Join Us?
