The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Make daily outbound calls to new leads generated through various channels.
• Follow up consistently with previous leads to nurture interest and drive conversions.
• Maintain proper records of call outcomes and lead status in the CRM.
• Communicate product / service details clearly and professionally to potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales or operations team to ensure smooth lead handover.
• Meet daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
