Senior Associate- Influencer Planning

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Influencer Planning to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for building creative influencer marketing strategies and pitch decks tailored to various brand objectives. You will work closely with the sales, operations, and strategy teams to deliver compelling, insight-driven influencer plans that convert.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand brand briefs thoroughly and translate them into strong influencer-led strategies and campaign narratives.
• Create platform-specific campaign plans (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned with client objectives.
• Identify relevant influencers across categories using internal databases and tools.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to craft winning pitch decks and strategy presentations.
• Collaborate with the Strategy and Operations teams to align on execution feasibility.
• Stay updated with the latest influencer and content trends across platforms to bring innovative ideas to planning.
• Provide strategic direction on influencer formats, content hooks, CTAs, and platform distribution.
• Support multiple pitch processes simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and deadlines.
• Analyze past campaign data and competitive benchmarks to inform future plans.
• Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
