We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Officer to spearhead growth across B2B and premium retail channels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interiors and lifestyle products, with a strong track record in sales and relationship management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and luxury retail segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and key channel partners.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to brand growth within the Indian market.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to shape business development strategies.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to build visibility and connections.
- Ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey—from initial pitch to final delivery.
- Provide regular reports on lead pipeline, conversions, and overall sales performance.
Candidate Requirements :
4 to 7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, luxury furniture, or lifestyle sectors.Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interest in interior design, furnishings, and home décor trends.Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.Perks & Benefits :
