About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and technically adept International Sales Professional to spearhead our expansion in Malaysia and the UAE. This onsite role is integral to our strategic growth in the electrical and energy management sectors and requires a strong foundation in low voltage systems, energy metering solutions, and IIoT-based technologies.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a business development mindset to engage key stakeholders, build strong partner ecosystems, and drive measurable revenue growth across both territories.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and engage with key decision-makers across panel builders, OEMs, EPCs, and engineering consultants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive penetration in industrial automation, electrical infrastructure, and IIoT domains.
- Generate qualified leads through direct outreach, channel engagement, and event participation.
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from requirement gathering to contract closure.
2. Channel Partner & OEM Management
Establish and manage strategic relationships with channel partners and OEMs to expand product reach.Implement joint go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and incentive programs to drive volume sales.3. Technical Engagement & Solutioning
Conduct technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and live product demonstrations for clients and partners.Understand and analyze client needs to recommend tailored solutions involving low voltage switchgear, metering systems, EMS, and IIoT components.Collaborate with product engineering and pre-sales teams to deliver technically robust proposals.4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor local market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in Malaysia and the UAE.Provide structured market feedback to internal product and strategy teams to inform roadmap planning and localization.5. Brand & Event Representation
Represent the organization in regional exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement events.Contribute to brand visibility through technical webinars, customer success stories, and industry presentations.Required Skills and Experience :
Minimum 5 years of B2B international sales experience specifically in Malaysia or the UAE markets.Strong existing network within Panel Builders, OEMs, and Consulting Engineers.In-depth knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, digital energy metering solutions, and Energy Management Systems (EMS).Exposure to selling or integrating Industrial IoT (IIoT) and smart energy platforms.Hands-on experience with field sales, client visits, and on-site technical discussions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; local language fluency is a plus.Strong negotiation, proposal development, and contract finalization capabilities.Must be self-motivated, structured in approach, and comfortable working in cross-cultural environments.Preferred Qualifications :
