Role Summary
The Program Manager will lead the implementation of
Next Engineers
a dynamic new program designed to develop 21st-century skills among students in government schools. The program aims to inspire students (ages 13–18) to pursue engineering through a structured curriculum, practical sessions, and mentorship support. The role requires strong experience in program design, delivery, government coordination, reporting, risk mitigation, and session facilitation.

Compensation
A consolidated remuneration of ₹1,00,000 / - per month (₹12.00 Lakhs per annum) will be offered. Final compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and previous salary history.
