Assistant Manager - Investor Relations

Job Summary

Role will support the Investor Relations team in managing communications between the company and its investors. This role involves analysing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of investor presentations.

Key Responsibilities. Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investor relations activities. Monitor and analyse competitor investor relations activities, market dynamics, and trends to inform strategic planning and positioning. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials Maintain and update investor databases and contact lists. Manage investor inquiries and provide accurate and timely information. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements. Person Profile Qualification

MBA / CFA Experience : 0-3 Years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, Must Have Strong understanding of financial statements and market data. Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to prepare detailed reports and investor materials. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with investor relations software and databases. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
