What This Role Looks Like in Real Life :

You’re the face of Harmoney to 3–5 clients — their go-to person for clarity, context, and calm.

You take briefs and help shape them into strategic plans with our media, creative, and analytics teams.

You don’t just update clients — you guide them. Even when the conversation is hard.

You know how to push for quality, but you also know when done >

perfect.

You love watching ideas turn into results — and knowing you were a key part of that.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

2–4 years working in a digital agency, performance team, or startup marketing team.

Comfortable working with performance media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).

You get people. You read between the lines. You know how to keep momentum going.

You know how to say, “Here’s the problem — and here’s what we can do.”

Bonus : You’ve worked with clients across Southeast Asia or global markets.
