Reports To : Managing Director / Plant Head

Experience Required : Minimum 5 years in solar module manufacturing

Employment Type : Full-Time

Familiarity with automated lines, Topcon / PERC etc."

Position Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Head to lead the operations of a state-of-the-art solar panel assembly plant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing solar module production lines and possess hands-on technical knowledge of modern manufacturing systems, process engineering, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Plant Operations & Production

• Manage end-to-end operations of the solar module production line — including stringing, bussing, lamination, framing, testing, and sorting. - Ensure achievement of daily / weekly / monthly production targets, quality yields, and timely dispatch. - Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce line downtime.
