Key roles and responsibilities :
Material planning of raw materials and packing material etc.; Ensure 100% RM / PM availability for production, Long-term strategy formation of RM / PM category, Coordination with various stake holders such as procurement, S&OP team, plant stores etc. to ensure 100% delivery of OTIF, MIS reporting, KPIs tracking and Vendor management.
The Key areas of responsibilities :
Strategic
- Develop RM / PM strategy and road map to ensure 100% availability for production
- Identify projects to reduce spends on RM / PM
- RM / PM vendor management
- Lead RM / PM planning (production slots) to ensure smooth supplies in line with SOB & cost
Operational
Lead RM / PM planning (production slots) to ensure smooth supplies in line with SOB & cost.Lead RM / PM OOS and DOH reviews with all Breweries and drive operational improvement.Participate in RM / PM supplier performance review meetings organized by Breweries.Act as an escalation point between Breweries & RM / PM vendors.Own RM / PM from planning, budgeting, spend controls and reporting.Liaise with S&OP and plant team on production schedule.Liaise with procurement on contracts management.Liaise with logistics on RM / PM transportation across the network.MIS and reporting.Compliance & Controls
Adherence to compliance processes & policiesAdherence to statutory, safety & quality compliances for storage & dispatches.Managing Internal & External Audits, as and when required.Key Attributes :
In-Depth knowledge of FMCG / Beverage Operations.Reverse logistics experience would be a huge plus.Negotiation & Communication Skills including presentations to key stakeholders.Project Management skills from ideation to completionProblem Solving Approach with high influencing capability.Excellent analytical skillsQualifications : Graduate / Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
Experience : 4-7 Years in Material / Supply Planning and Procurement
