Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury management, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
- Collaborate with functional heads to drive profitability and cost optimization.
- Monitor market trends and financial risks, providing proactive solutions to safeguard the company's interests.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead and represent internal and external audits.
- Oversee relationships with JV partners, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
