Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and implement social media campaigns to expand audience reach and website traffic.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance, offering actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.Proven experience in social media management, ideally in news / media organizations.Proficiency in social media and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.English and Hindi is a mustPreferred Skills :
Experience with video creation, live streaming, SEO, and paid social media strategies.Ability to design creatives using tools like Photoshop / Canva.Knowledge of live-streaming software like OBS / Vmix.Strong interest and understanding of regional and national news.This is a role for a candidate passionate about leveraging social media to deliver impactful news content while innovating with the latest tools and trends.
