About the Role : We’re hiring an Associate Director – Enterprise Sales to lead our corporate and institutional business development efforts. You’ll own strategic relationships, craft custom learning solutions, and unlock large-scale partnerships across India and globally—including with corporates, GCCs, and select government stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role with strong revenue accountability and cross-functional collaboration at its core.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic B2B sales for large enterprises and Global Capability Centers.
- Drive consultative discussions to co-create training programs tailored to client needs.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, from first pitch to contract closure.
- Spearhead the establishment of Centres of Excellence in collaboration with partners.
- Liaise with Indian and international government bodies when needed for program rollout.
- Mentor junior sales team members and support overall revenue targets.
Qualifications :
8+ years in enterprise / B2B sales, corporate education, or strategic partnerships.Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals with CXO-level clients.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and strategic thinking.Prior experience with GCCs or government-related partnerships is a strong advantage.Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
