We Are Hiring : Key Account Manager Operations.

Location : Mumbai | Chennai | Hyderabad.

PPMS is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth across key accounts.

If you have a strong background in managing large-scale retail or merchandising operations, wed like to hear from you.

Role Overview :

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects across multiple locations, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure smooth operations across all assigned projects.
  • Drive performance excellence and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities across categories and geographies.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and variable fee management.
  • Conduct CSAT analysis and implement action plans for improvement.
  • Monitor and review monthly operations performance.
  • Develop succession plans and competency-building strategies for the team.
  • Plan and execute in-store activities, staffing programs, signage, and branding.
  • Stay aligned with market insights, competitor analysis, and execution best practices.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations.
  • Industry background in merchandising, staffing, FMCG, or retail preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Proven track record in business acquisition and innovation.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Willingness to travel and manage pan-India operations.
