Legal Associate

Company Description SKANDA LEGAL - a Mid sized firm with strong hold in Corporate Law, Debt Recovery Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Civil and Consumer Law Litigation.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Bengaluru. The Minimum PQE would be 3 years compulsory, The Legal Associate will

be required to appear before the NCLT, DRT and High Court and would be responsible for legal document preparation, analyzing legal issues, and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. The Legal Associate is expected to be highly committed, enthusiatic, team worker, willing to grow with the firm.

Qualifications Law and Legal Issues knowledge Excellent drafting skills Analytical Skills Strong Communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in corporate and Insolvency law is a plus Proficiency in English Local Language is additional advantage, not must.
