As a Sr. Sales Manager at RenewBuy in Guwahati, you'll be a leader in expanding and optimizing the Individual Agency Channel within your assigned geography.
You'll be responsible for strategically driving agent acquisition, performance, and retention, leveraging your extensive experience in insurance agency sales to achieve ambitious growth targets.

- To develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities (KRA) :
Agency Channel Development :
Strategically sourcing and guiding the servicing of Point of Sale (POS) Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.Leading Agency Channel Development initiatives for the assigned Guwahati location, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.Overseeing and optimizing coordination with the Operations team for efficient agent pre-licensing, training, and licensing.Conducting and streamlining induction training, and coordinating strategically with the sales training team for comprehensive product and ongoing training for all POS agents.Actively maintaining and improving the agreed mix of new and existing agents / POS to maximize market penetration.Developing and executing advanced strategies to effectively reach out to diverse and untapped market segments.Agency Channel Management :
Rigorously monitoring and analyzing Agent performance on key variables such as renewal / fresh database, sales funnel, and closures, implementing proactive measures for improvement.Ensuring and sustaining a high active percentage of POS agents through effective engagement and support programs.Developing and implementing strategies to effectively control attrition of POS Agents.Driving and ensuring high productivity of your team and POS agents, and mastering the right level of channel engagement.Channel Servicing :
Overseeing the reconciliation of partner accounts and ensuring seamless coordination with all relevant departments to resolve issues Analyzing various market dynamics, providing insightful feedback, and proposing solutions for internal organizational improvement to enhance competitiveness and profitability.Actively managing and optimizing loss ratios.Compliance & Hygiene :
Ensuring stringent compliance with external bodies and other authorities.Upholding and enforcing internal compliance with company policies.Effectively managing cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.What We're Looking For :
Minimum Required Qualification : Post Graduation
Required Work Experience : 4 to 5 years in selling insurance products, with significant experience in the agency channel and a proven track record of managing agent performance.Technical Skills / Knowledge :
