Job Title : SAP FI / CO Support Senior Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled SAP FI / CO Support Senior Consultant to join our global IT team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality support and enhancements within the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders, understand complex business processes, and ensure continuity and optimization of financial systems. Fluency in English and / or Spanish is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 2 Support for SAP FI / CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes and requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Document solutions, configuration changes, and provide training where needed.
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and deployment of updates or rollouts.
