Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of comprehensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of leading complex implementations, rollouts, and support engagements. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Provide expert-level consulting on all aspects of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, New GL) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA, Internal Orders).
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering strategic advice and best practices to clients on optimizing financial processes within SAP.
• Design and implement complex financial solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on technical solutions, project methodologies, and client interactions.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative SAP FICO solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS) and external systems.
• Oversee and conduct comprehensive testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments (enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms) and collaborate effectively with ABAP development teams.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring successful project execution.
