Lead SAP FICO Consultant

Job Title : Lead SAP FICO : : 12+ Type : Full-Time

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Lead SAP FICO Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI & CO modules, including FSCM, Fiori-based applications, and S / 4HANA. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to drive finance transformation for enterprise Responsibilities :

• Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA)
• Implement FSCM, Financial Closing Cockpit, Payment Processing, and Fiori apps
• Collaborate with ABAP / BTP teams on enhancements and analytics
• Lead full-cycle implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield), rollouts, and upgrades
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and hypercare support
• Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, PS)
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best Profile :
• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO with strong functional expertise
• Proven exposure to S / 4HANA, localization, and custom developments
• Strong business knowledge in finance and accounting
• Preferred Certifications : S / 4HANA Finance, SAP Group Reporting, BTP, ICMR, TOGAF, RISE / GROW with :
• SAP FICO configuration & business analysis
• FSCM and Financial Supply Chain integration
• Fiori-based financial applications
• Agile methodology & strong communication skills
