SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

The ideal candidate should have :

• 7-10 years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid / large size will :
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate strongly with (technical / functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-Employee Central capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends related to Employee Central.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for EC and RBP processes.
• Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations as needed.
• Strong background in HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports or enhancements to existing reports.
• Designing and developing custom reports using SAP SuccessFactors Story functionality.
• Testing and validating reports to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with reports.
• Working closely with other teams, such as HR and IT, to ensure alignment of reporting requirements with overall business Skills :
• Active / valid certified SAP SF Employee Central professional.
• Must be B.Tech / BE / MCA graduates.
• 6-8 years experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central is a must.
• Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
• Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
• Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment.
• Prior experience in Europe and / or agile methodologies a plus.
• SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.
• Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
• Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
• Strong communication and articulation skills Expertise in provisioning system.
• Agile delivery to have :
• Experience in Time & Attendance Module.
• Experience in EC Payroll Module.
• Experience in Data Loader, Org Manager, Document Composer benefits :
