We are looking for an experienced and dynamic City Manager to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth in the assigned region. This role requires strong inside sales capability, effective territory planning, and the ability to build lasting relationships with doctors and key accounts. The ideal candidate will be a result-driven professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan covering revenue targets, market penetration, and expense control.
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying and resolving performance gaps.
Onboard new doctors and manage existing key accounts to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct 30% of sales activity remotely via phone and email, with the remainder involving field visits and client meetings as needed.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and organize local events for onboarding and doctor engagement.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities through networking, meetings, and competitive analysis.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.
Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and implement improvements.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in inside sales and customer relationship management.
Strong command of MS Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, numbers-driven, and results-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
